2. Services
Summit Shield Pest Control provides residential and commercial pest control, rodent exclusion, termite and bed bug services from our office at 2845 Wilderness Place, Suite 120, Boulder, CO 80301. Service availability, scheduling and pricing may change at any time.
3. Treatment and access
You agree to provide safe access to the areas being treated and to follow all preparation and re-entry instructions given by your technician. Products are applied by licensed applicators in accordance with label directions and Colorado law.
4. Service plans and billing
Plan terms, billing dates and cancellation policies are provided in your service agreement. Unless stated otherwise, recurring protection plans renew automatically until cancelled in writing.
5. Communications consent
By submitting a form on this site you consent to be contacted by Summit Shield Pest Control by phone, email and SMS. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
6. Conduct
Customers agree to treat our technicians and staff with respect. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for behavior or site conditions that endanger our team.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including service descriptions, text, images and branding, is the property of Summit Shield Pest Control and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, Summit Shield Pest Control is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our services or this website.
